Corridor Dome Light EC-W400L is a key component of the Aidbell Wired Nurse Call System, providing immediate visual and audio alerts. This allows healthcare staff to quickly identify which room has made a nurse call and the call’s status at a glance down the corridor, thereby enhancing response times and staff efficiency in hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
Installed at the entrance of patient rooms in the corridor or outside toilets for emergency calls, the Corridor Dome Light EC-W400L is powered by the nurse call station or nurse call panel, eliminating the need for a separate power supply. This feature helps reduce the cost of adapters and the time required for cabling.
As part of the wired nurse call system, the Corridor Dome Light EC-W400L uses twisted-pair wiring to connect to the nurse call station or nurse call panel. After configuration, when a patient presses the nurse call button, the nurse station receives the call, and the nurse call light flashes and alerts. This ensures that healthcare staff do not miss any patient calls. The light is available in seven colors: red, yellow, green, blue, white, purple, and orange, with different colors representing different service types.
