The guest pager CT-P520, part of Aidbell Guest Paging System, is a smart, waterproof device that is programmed with a unique ID corresponding to the customer’s order or table number. While their service is being prepared, customers are free to browse the store or wait in a designated area.
When the service is ready, a staff member simply presses a button on the wireless keypad, sending a signal to the guest pagers. The waterproof CT-P520 pager will then vibrate or emit a sound, notifying the customer that their service is ready. The customer then returns the pager to the restaurant counter or reception area upon receiving their service.
The guest paging system is also widely used in the healthcare industry. For example, nurses can use medical pagers to notify patients when it’s their turn to see the doctor, making it an efficient solution for managing queues in hospitals.
